Air Cooled Heat Exchangers
Air cooled heat exchanger (ACHE) is a heat rejection equipment where the excess process heat is rejected to the atmosphere. The main advantage of ACHE is their very low maintenance and operating costs. As Compared to towers and shell and tube heat exchangers, air coolers are a “green” solution . they not require an auxiliary water supply because of the lost water due to drift and evaporation.
To support our product quality, we have qualified welders in accordance with ASME Code sec.IX and AWS D1.1 whose certification issued by formal jurisdiction such as Directorate General of Oil and Gas and Manpower Department Bureau.

Fin Type
1. L-FIN
are tension wound to the base tube Temperature 130° C (270° F).
2. KL-FIN
Knurled tubes enhance the bondage of the L-Fins Temperature 250° C (480° F).
3. LL-FIN
Overlapped tension wound L-Fins are an economical alternative for extruded finned tubes,Temperature 165° C (330° F).
4. G-FIN
Fins are mechanically embedded in a groove to the base tube, Temperature 400° C (590° F).
5. EXTR.-FIN
Fins are integrally produced through in thread rolling process Temperature 310° C (590° F).
6. LOW-FIN
Integral finning process Temperature depends of the base-tube material.
