Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger
A Shell and tube heat exchanger consist of a series of tubes housed within a cylindrical container known as a “Shell”, all tubes within the shell are collectively termed a “tube bundle”. Each tube passes through a series of baffle and tube sheets.

Design and Codes
Our design, fabrication testing and inspection are done in accordance with ASME, TEMA, JIS, DIN, ASTM, EJMA Standard code or as per clients requirement.
Materials

Inspection and Testing
We perform all kind of inspections such as Visual test, Dimensional test, Chemical analysis, Magnetic particle test, Dye penetrant test, ultrasonic test, Radiography test, Helium test and other test in accordance with code or customer requirement.
